About Us
Owners - Rachel & Cameron
Nomad was founded in 2019 as a wine company by Rachel & Cameron. We are absolutely thrilled to have added The Lord Combermere to the Nomad family. The Lord Combermere is completely independent now, so that means we can buy what we want from who we want - a Free house!
We care about making people happy, and whilst we have a background in wine, we also love beer, great food, excellent service and FUN - so we are combining all of that at TLC and we hope that you enjoy our concept.

Head Chef - Tom
Tom began his career as a chef 7 years ago as a commis chef and has gradually built on his techniques and knowledge and worked his way up the ranks for companies such as The Paragon group, Brunning & Price, The Fox & Barrel and Hawkstone Hall.
Tom is absolutely passionate about fresh food and great produce and considers himself as very lucky - having worked alongside some top chefs over the years. When Tom isn't in the kitchen he enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his fiancée and step daughter.
Sous Chef - Reece
Reece is Tom's right hand man and he runs the kitchen when Tom isn't around. Reece has a wealth of cooking experience and enjoys coming up with specials and making sure we are always stocked up with our signature shortbread for our coffees. He is a great asset to the team. In his spare time Reece enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their pets.
Supervisors & Front of House
We are really lucky to have two fantastic supervisors in our team as well. Zach - who you will find mostly behind the bar making sure your drinks are perfect and Laura who's smiling face you will see in the restaurant making sure you have a fantastic experience with us.
They are supported by the rest of our team who we are very proud of, bringing our vision to life everyday.
